Our chapter was founded on April 17,1971 and ever since Alpha Xi Delta has been making its mark on the West Chester's campus as well as inspiring each of its sisters to reach their full potential. Each of the women of Alpha Xi are able to reach their potential through their academic achievements, sisterhoods, leadership abilities, community service and by upholding the core values of the Alpha Xi founders.
Alpha Xi Delta is more than just your typical sorority. It is a place to call your "Home away from Home." It is a place where you find friendships that will last a lifetime. So we encourage you to take a look around our website and see more of what Alpha Xi Delta is all about and what it can offer you!
Letter from our President:
This group of 93 women is the most diverse, enthusiastic, cheerful, helpful, courteous group I have even been a part of and I am beyond grateful to call them all my sisters. There is never a time when I feel alone in class, the library, at the gym, eating lunch, grabbing coffee, or even in my home because I know, inevitably, a sister will be there. With a campus as beautiful and quaint as West Chester’s, we tend to be everywhere, sporting our letters and being successful students, in and out of the classroom. Alpha Xi Delta has helped to mold me into who I am today and who I will become in the future. By encouraging our women to realize their potential, we set the bars high, and our sisters raise it even higher. Through our collegiate years, we are able to grow within this organization and ultimately bloom into well-rounded, successful young women. Thank you for taking the time to visit our site and we hope to meet you in the future!
